Do these 15 things for 1 day and your depression will instantly go away.

  1. Eat The Carnivore Diet, make sure it’s high-quality animal sources, preferably grass fed, grass finished, but if you can’t afford it don’t let the best be the enemy of the good
  2. Do OMAD (One Meal A Day) – If you’re not coming from a keto-background it will be harder for you but for those of you who already fat-adapted, this is an amazing step forward and the benefits are great
  3. Sleep 8-9 Hours – quality sleep in a dark, cold room
  4. Don’t use social media, watch TV, or feed any other smartphone addiction
  5. Don’t surf the internet except educating yourself (preferably reading, not videos)
  6. Do some exercise
  7. Do meditation
  8. Don’t force blue light on your eyes before you go to bed. If necessary use an application called FluX
  9. Have a conversation face to face with a friend you love, with a family member
  10. Get outside of your home and get some sun exposure
  11. Walk outside for 1 hour, get involved with nature
  12. Practice good thoughts and positive thinking
  13. Drink water to thirst
  14. Practice gratitude
  15. Do something unselfish for other people
